Product Description

Solar photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle is a specialized cleaning equipment designed, developed and manufactured by our company according to the special environment of desert photovoltaic power stations in China.

The main equipment consists of six systems, namely chassis walking system, power system, hydraulic system, remote control system, cleaning arm system, cleaning spraying system, etc.

1. Walking system: adopt Class II chassis or small rubber track, floating bearing wheel structure, adapt to various terrain and landforms, make the clean platform stable and largely maintain balance.
2. Power system: diesel powered, giving walking system, cleaning spray system sufficient power to work.
3. Hydraulic system: adopt advanced oil pump, valve body and valve block to transmit diesel engine power to ensure normal operation of walking system and spray system.
4. Remote control system: adopt advanced remote control products, allowing cleaning equipment to be operated remotely by one person alone in a "fool's type" manner.
5. Cleaning outrigger system: The cleaning outrigger has functions such as rotation, folding, secondary angle adjustment, control of spray distance, and control of nozzle raising and lowering.
6. Cleaning spray function: adopt high-pressure nozzle structure, hydraulically powered, to strongly clean the ash attached to the surface of the assembly
The solar panel cleaning function can be completed at one time, greatly saving manpower as well as water, saving time and effort. All functions of the vehicle, dual control system is completed in the cab and on the cleaning arm, requiring only two people, one driving, one operating in the co pilot position or maneuvering on the cleaning arm to complete all functions, with high-definition large screen video in front of the console, and simple and convenient operation.
