UPPER FRAME STRUCTURE OF AIRCRAFT REFUELING TRUCK   1.The tank material is made of aluminum alloy 5083,corrosion resistance and pollution free, to ensure the quality of fuel ,the fuel tank volume is 13500 liters . refuel pump:Aluminum alloy mechanical seal oil pump, aviation kerosene flow 300L/min, Pipeline suction kerosene flow 700L/min, working pressure is 0.25MPa 2.Flow-meter:0.2 class accuracy, latus rectum 50 roots flow-meter Filter separator: rated flow rate 400L/min, rated working pressure 1.0mpa;the maximum allowable pressure difference is 0.15ma, Gravity refueling reel: automatic reset reel, refueling hose diameter 25 or 38mm, length 15 meter.   Liquid level gauge: the stainless steel float ball inside of the tank, the 10-inch aluminum alloy dial plate in the left of the tank, it can clearly observe the current liquid volume in the tank.   Operating system:Independent control room centralized control.The instrument indication includes pump in vacuum gauge, pump out pressure gauge, oil pump tachometer, filter differential pressure meter, etc.Switching valve operation includes power supply master switch, lighting switch, emergency stop switch, oil pump speed regulating rotary button, refueling valve, circulating filter valve, sampling valve, submarine valve control combination switch, etc.             FUNCTION INTRODUCTION   1.REFUELING FROM REEL HOSE: Kerosene should be injected into aircraft fuel tank or oil-receiving equipment ,after filtration and measurement, through the gravity refueling gun of the reel hose in the control room . 2.PUMP FUEL FILTRATION : the aviation fuel in the fuel tank or the external pipeline of the truck is filtered and then returned to the fuel tank or other fuel-receiving equipment through the pump oil connector to realize the circulation filtration function 3.FUEL TAKING : to use the joint valve external pipeline for taking   kerosene from tank farm . also through oil pump for pumping in to suction fuel .
